Submitting an enquiry does not appoint MyLoft or any sister brand. Service scope, appointment period, fees, expenses, deposit administration, repair authority, termination and handover are governed by the signed property-specific agreements.
Targets and examples
The 30-day tenant-placement period is a target, not a guarantee. Published rental examples and calculator results are illustrations or company-supplied figures and do not guarantee occupancy, collection, payout or returns.
