Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, property location and any property information or message you choose to share. We may also receive basic technical and campaign information needed to secure and understand the enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your property-management enquiry, communicate using your preferred method, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and improve how enquiries reach us.
Storage and access
Enquiry records are stored in a protected database. They are not publicly readable. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers who need it to handle the enquiry or operate the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may use infrastructure providers to host or process it, and may disclose information if legally required. Details are not shared with sister brands merely because they are listed on this website.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, dispute handling and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
