After finding our team through Google, the owner wanted to prepare a newly handed-over Ideal Venice unit for whole-unit, long-term rental. MyReno completed its furnishing and preparation in October 2026. The next planned step is a separately agreed MyLoft management appointment.

Furnishing and preparation by MyReno

The separately agreed scope covered living and dining furniture, kitchen setup, bedroom furnishing, curtains, lighting and ceiling fans, air-conditioning, and selected household equipment. The photographs show the completed furnishing, rather than a before-and-after comparison.

This project’s final furnishing and preparation amount

RM35,515.60

Amount supplied by the business from its completion correspondence. This is specific to this project, not a standard package price. The separate RM2,000 building renovation deposit is excluded. The amount is not presented as audited, fully paid or verified against a revised final invoice.

The planned MyLoft appointment

The owner intends to appoint MyLoft exclusively for whole-unit, long-term rental management. That management appointment is planned and pending. At handover, marketing and viewings were paused at the owner’s request; this story does not report tenant placement, rent collection or an owner payout.

MyReno handles the separately agreed furnishing and preparation scope. MyLoft focuses on whole-unit, long-term rental management under a separate appointment, scope and charges.

Furnishing is not included in MyLoft’s ongoing 10% fee. Appointing MyReno does not automatically appoint MyLoft.
